Introduction to the EVO Java API Draft

For each proposal, I'll either give my one API idea, or I'll give two, an idealistic API idea, if you can get it to work, as well as an alternative realistic API idea, which I think is much more likely to be possible.

Please keep in mind this is a draft just by me, Corman. This is not necessarily what will even be added. This isn't set in stone, these are just ideas.
